+ We can not say enough good things about Hotel Bau. The room was perfect - clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and internet. Breakfast was simple/traditional, but also very good. The owners were absolutely wonderful, recommending a great place for dinner, offering suggestions for other activities, and were so friendly. Then, after arriving home, we received a note from Simona that we had left some important documents in our room. She graciously sent them to us, and would not accept anything for her cost and trouble. We were already so pleased with our stay at Hotel Bau, this was beyond what we could have expected. We sincerely hope to return to Maribor and stay here again.

+ The staff was very nice. Everything was very clean. The room had space. The internet connection was fine. The breakfast was OK.
- It is a bit far away from the city centre but the price and the fast, not expensive and confortable connection by taxi compensates this drawback.

Staff was extremly friendly and helpful. Fluent in English and we were allowed to Check-in early, which was wonderful. Rooms are big and very clean. Internet Connection was free and pretty fast for a Hotel.
